      - Chance to test new Techs in IT environment. - Nice co-workers. - Salary increase.

      Cons

      - 24/7 roll. - Work during weekends, even if you aren't on call. - Lack of support during critical infrastructure changes. - A lot of security to get a root password when you have the CEO pushing.
