PA recruits testers only through third parties (consultancies) and you can be fired any time without prior notice for absurd reasons, even though at the time of recruitment by the consultancy, you will be assured that it is a long term project, full time employment with the consultancy. (Was fired in 3 months without prior intimation from PA or consultancy). Recently, PA has been acquired by Zensar Technologies, so the whole management has turned upside down, the prime being fire and fire the third party employees (mainly testers). So, don't waste your time here. Join at your own risk.
