good to learn except nothing

Pros

the only good thing is you can learn technology. but few old employees are there working from more than 8 years they won't give value for new joiners.

Cons

I worked for 4 years in this company, if you are good at speaking I mean always praising management then you ll get everything, even though good technical person didn't received. no value for fresh talent.
