Good place for learning and earning. Atmosphere is cool and people are supportive. The more you work, the more you learn there and the more you learn , the demand in projects increase. The projects adds value to the resume.

Very limited onsite opportunities. Onsite is mostly for Architect, BA and Technical lead.
Not much growth for testing team.
