Case Managers make the same salary as staff nurses Full time employees are not given sick days or vacation days Receive $0.20 per mile after the first 20 miles for gas mileage reimbursement. The national average is $0.50. Salary is not competitive for RN’s

Thank you for providing feedback. We believe being able to offer flexibility and a schedule unique to each employee is one of the great offerings at PCM! We routinely review market pay rates and benefit offerings to ensure we remain competitive and can attract the best caregivers. An additional perk is that we pay our Case Managers their full rate of pay for all hours including their drive time!

We recently implemented a new system to improve the experience and are reviewing more ways! Our Staffing department is also a great resource if you would like to explore additional shifts.
