Pros

Autonomy with scheduling and no requirements for working holidays.

Cons

Absolutely no company benefits for field staff. Eligible for high cost Medical benefits after 5 months. No vacation or sick leave. No company paid short term or long term disability. Pretty much working for hourly pay only. 2 years never had a raise.

Good pay, reasonable close to home, they made it to seeing great when I first started worked there for almost 2 years everything went downhill after that.

Cons

Horrible management,staffing is a joke,staffing is really rude and unprofessional. They wait to last minute to staff. Communication is horrible . There happy to get stuff done when it helps them out. other than that they will ignore and put off your emails

Can set your own schedule, work one on one with patients

Cons

Very little support from management, If patient goes to hospital or dies may be months before you get another patient and you dont get paid. Very few benifits. Scheduler is not always fair about giving you another client when available.
