Pros

Good work/life balance. Very little stress. Small territory so little travel. Medical and Dental plans. Not a lot of competition.

Cons

Low salary, almost impossible to receive bonus, horrible company cars. Corporate has no clue how to run a sales department.

Pros

The salary was above average. Most of the time there was more work than I could handle. Gave me the opportunity to feel like I was actually making a difference. My clients were wonderful people. I had some really great case managers.

Cons

No benefits. When case came to an end, it was possible to be without a new case for quite some time. Te saying, "the squeaky wheel gets the oil" is fitting with this employer. Also there is some mis-communication. Once I had been taken off a case and no one bothered to let me know. It made for a very awkward beginning of shift for everyone: the client, his family, the nurse who had been assigned in my place and for me.
