      All companies have areas for improvement, but PCM takes this very seriously. The want and use feedback from their leaders all across the US to make changes and better drive overall business decisions.

      Pros

      PCM sets the gold standard in providing home health to former nuclear workers. The PCM family is comprised of the BEST nurses, aides and attendants this industry has to offer and treats us with respect, care and genuine concern for our well-being.

      Cons

      Every large company has some "issues" and PCM is no exception. However, the good by FAR FAR out-weighs the bad.
