      Pros

      Very qualified engineers and technical staff. Generous benefits. Opportunity for professional staff to be owners. Great place to start a career and learn the business. Most engineers given responsibility early in their career with opportunities to design high profile projects under the guidance of senior engineers. As we grow, there will be opportunities to lead teams of young engineers and technicians.

      Cons

      Recent changes in senior management has resulted in significant changes in company culture. Still a great place to work, but we need to look in the mirror.

      Great benefits, better employees with extensive expertise, generous paid time off, flexible work hours and days, tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Upper management was somewhat inflexible with Department Managers. There was no paid maternity or paternity leave.
