Insurance rates have stayed the same Depending on the clinic, scheduling and management can be very fair

Cons

Salary is "competitive" but definitely still underpaid in the profession overall Clinic Directors overworked and underpaid Promised to have improved benefits and increased salaries when partnering with a hospital system, but 3 years later, and no changes have gone through Overall, losing perks (7 hr treatment days, company parties/events, flexible schedules, etc)
