Pros

Iv'e been with with PSP nearing 15 years now as I got the job straight out of college. While the company sure has grown a lot since I started, the general idea remains the same: If you're motivated, work hard, enjoy sales, and are passionate about what you do; the opportunity to make excellent $ is real.

Cons

For some at the beginning, getting used to the idea of being on the phone all day might take a little getting used to; however, as you advance and become successful at the job by making sales, things fall into place

Pros

Being with PSP for over 10 years now, the sky is the limit as to what you can do here. You are given all the right training and tools to be as successful as you want. As long as you have a good work ethic, you can have a great career here. Perfect for any sales guy especially if you are into sports.

Cons

A grind in the beginning but once you get past that, it becomes a lot easier.

Pros

I have been working at PSP for many years and want to let anyone know looking for a sales job that PSP gives you the opportunity to earn real money if you are hungry and willing to work. There is a reason why there are many sales people here who have been working here for 10+ years. PSP has done a great job building a huge inventory of marquee sports properties like the World Series, NCAA March Madness, etc... This allows you to offer your clients a wide array of premium advertising for just about every major sporting event. I have seen a lot of sales guys come and go... and the guys who have been around know that having access to all of this inventory is rare... this truly gives you the ability to offer your clients the best media in any market for any event. If you work hard and are disciplined you can build yourself a really nice business which will earn you a lot of money. I work alongside guys who have made themselves very wealthy working here. If you are willing to work hard then PSP might be a great opportunity for you.

Cons

This is tough job if you are not focused and willing to put in the hard work required to be successful.
