This job is for someone with a hunter mentality and a strong personality. If you put you head down, work hard and do as instructed you have a good chance to be successful here. Competitive base Salary Managers willing to teach Lively atmosphere with friendly co-workers Teaches you about work ethic (although you should have it by now) Comp tickets at MSG and Metlife Company happy hours Opportunity for sales incentives bonuses and trips.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Takes a while to be eligible for commission.

-No Experience Needed -Great Salary -Excellent Foundation -Growth Potential...if you take the job seriously all of these are possible, not to mention outstanding commission.

Cons

Lack of Respect toward upper management. Some employees don't take it seriously and it takes away from the authenticity of the job. Management does a great job trying to keep it in line.
