Pros

Great energy with a young, motivated crowd. You will meet some genuinely good people. Conveniently located near Penn Station, which makes the commute manageable if you are coming in from out of town.

Cons

Pure cold calling all day with limited variety. The leads are not great and the product feels outdated, which makes it hard to stay motivated. If you need to genuinely believe in what you are selling to perform at your best, this is not the role for you.

Steady schedule Weekends off and you don’t take work home Depending on your office, easy commute I liked my office and the people in it so make it when you can Solid base pay

Cons

It’s a numbers game, everything is tracked Low Sales-expect a meeting and no improvement, fired (same goes for call numbers, too many cancels low pitches, anything numbers) No commission structure for an entire year or more, depending on your performance Turn over is super high. The average person was there for 3 to 8 months.
