Pros
- Incredibly smart, ambitious and hardworking employees - Collaborative environment where colleagues encourage learning and are supportive - exposure to challenges of different industries and their pricing challenges
Cons
- Low ceiling for learning, job gets boring after 6 months. Work done for clients scratches at the surface and isn't very analytical. - The difference between a level 0,1,2 analyst was unclear and it seemed like the process for getting promoted was random. - Insanely high turnover rate when I worked there (Almost everyone hired in 2019 / 2020 left) - Toxic environment. Felt like the CEO cared more about winning debates than understanding employees. - Seemed like the C suite doesn't seem to know how to grow the company. - Feedback at all levels fell on deaf ears. - Management tries to market it's consulting arm as software which is misleading. - We were constantly putting out fires because clients are oversold on things that they can't get.
