Many really cool people and top talent. The Telerik spirit is still lurking about. Nice building with a lot of facilities.

A big, slow corporation with bureaucracy built-in.

Good working environment. Nice products. Pay is also good. Helpful colleagues. You will be in limelight, if you perform well. Work from home. Higher management easily accessible. Work life balance is fine.

Cons

Frequent change in management and policy. Because of that loosing good talent and employee having in depth product knowledge. No active development in India, mostly bug fixing and small feature work done here. Frequent changes in company strategies.
