To be part of cutting edge new technologies like Sitefinity DEC or NativeScript. To be surrounded by great young talents and energetic people. Telerik founders are great leaders and inspiration.

Cons

Corporation getting more and more american. Bonuses and promotions are getting more and more single-time-in-year oriented compared to bi-three-yearly oriented. Evaluation of people does not follow consistent processes.
