No Active development , Bug Fixes and old technologies to work on. There is no Good work flow to India. Just depend on others Remote Teams for everything from code Reviews to Code Development

Patronage - knowing someone (the higher the better) gets you a job Sycophancy - knowing how (and whose) derriere to kiss will make you safe Technology - management lives in terror of anything invented after 1990 "Day of Learning" = pushing buttons Benefits - no department lunches, only cheap cheese-and-cracker parties Remove vacation time accumulation - call it "Unlimited Vacation" Isolated Management - no idea who is in my chain of command Buzzwords - "collaboration", "team spirit", "innovation" Stupid Ideas - moving to Waltham w/open work area, no individual desks Criticize Agile = Career-Limiting Behavior Short Sprint times - day off = losing big piece of development time Give unreachable goals so people work unpaid OT Talent leaves, hire college grads - they're still deluded that hard work=success
