- Good work and personal life balance - Little bit above Average pay - Good work culture - chance to work on new technologies

Cons

- Pay is not balanced across all employees evenly - Promotion does not have any specific rules. Have seen 5 year experience working as Principal Engineer and even 7 years experience person was not promoted to Principal engineer

- Senior Leadership screwed up with product direction big time. - Did not care about future of employees transferred to other organizations as part of divestment plan. - Step motherly treatment of the Mumbai office by the Hyderabad facility manager.
