Pros

Everyone gets an office. People treat each other respectfully. Work is interesting. Lots of nice things they do that make you want to stay there.

Cons

Every 3 or 4 years there is a new CEO and change of management and you just never know who they're going to fire. Usually upper management gets the boot first
