Pros
Very relaxed atmosphere, great work life balance, outstanding compensation and perks (onsite workout facilities, healthcare facilities, drycleaning). ARP program consistenly rated excellent for new college graduates.
Cons
Interns are often given no choice in which area they land upon entrance into the ARP program. during the time I spent here many individuals graduating from the program could not find permament placement.
