The culture and people at Progressive are top tier. It makes you want to keep pushing through on the rough days. They are very encouraging of professional growth and promote within. You can tell they truly care about their employees. It is an honor to be part of such a great company.

Workload is not at all manageable Each manager has completely different expectations…changing managers is like changing departments. The “help” you get is like when a toddler helps you make cookies. They hand you a measuring cup and say they baked the cookies themselves. If you are drowning in work they use your hand that’s above the surface to give you a high five and say “you got this!” Rather than actively pulling you out or actually helping. There’s nothing progressive about progressive. It’s just another corporate company trying to align the ivory tower pockets by increasing workload to the lower positions.
