good stable company great co workers free lunchs most of the in person days hybrid - very flexible schedule after training internal promotions after first year (get out of auto asap) healthcare benefits pretty reasonable

Cons

A ton of work, not hard but can be overwhelming. Easy to work over 40 hours trying to stay on top of the work load- id advise against this since you will literally never "finish" your work , You must be very detailed and you must be very organized to make it here. The auto insurance discount sucks, like nothing of value.
