The work is very consistent and expectations are laid out very well. There are goals that are outlined that you can work towards so that you get a positive performance review. They pay for insurance licensing exam and complete all training towards it prior to starting position (if you're in sales). There may be free time between calls where you can work on personal stuff (ie homework, reading...)
Cons
Not a lot of room for upward mobility in all positions. You must be open to receiving ALOT of feedback (negative or positive).
Great benefits, company has the right ideals, a great place to start your insurance career. Company pays for your property and casualty training and licensing.
Cons
Call center environment, strict guidelines for performing your job, not alot of thinking outside of the box as far as processes and employees although out of guideline requests for customers can always be reviewed.
