Pros

They used to be flexible with scheduling and time off and work life balance

Cons

They will micro-manage and you have to meet the ridiculous forever rising PHA stats. No room to breathe at the each call.

Pros

My part time schedule works well with my full time college classes. Also profit sharing at the end of the year is great. The company also was very helpful when the COVID-19 pandemic affected many employees, offering advanced PTO for employees affected, advanced profit sharing before the end of the year, and offered to pay for testing before it was as accessible as it is now.

Cons

Lots of red tape unfortunately. Little leniency on HR or time off protocols.
