Pros

Paid initial training, and a decent office. Nice coworkers.

Cons

The staffing model is insane. The amount of claims is so huge you are forced to give subpar service to customers. The goal is to keep you head above water long enough to move up to a supervisor position and work less claims. It’s either that or burnout. Didn’t encounter a single adjuster who enjoyed the work, it’s miserable. It’s the best company in the industry to work for perhaps, but avoid adjusting if you can - it will make any normal person miserable.

Pros

*company culture *work from home *flexible *generous PTO *support and resources

Cons

*heavy workload *pay rate doesn't seem to be based on individual performance rather a generalized range *you must actually perform the job duties without pay before being promoted to the particular position and compensated *Inconsistencies with who has to come into office and who doesn't, unsure if this is by job title, seniority - unclear
