Good Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexibility to work remotely with decent salary, benefits and yearly bonus based on company performance. Opportunities to advance

Cons

Work load/ inventory can be heavy at times. Having good time management skills is a must. Expect as a newly hired claims adjuster to be on a learning curve for at least 6 months before getting a solid grasp of the role.
