As a Progressive employee you are exposed to and become quite familiar with every single thing that you DO NOT WANT in an employer. Unsurprisingly, it has an inconceivable turnaround rate.
Cons
Any decent, ethical person with values and integrity will be extremely disappointed with Progressive Insurance's Managed Repair Representative (MRR) experience. "Progressive Insurance" is simply a facade for an incredibly Manipulative, Avaricious Institution.
