Pros

PTO was easy to get. Many resources for employees. Very transparent company. Pay is fair mostly. Bonus at the end of the year and beginning of the new year.

Cons

It is hard to switch departments and they sometimes micromanage phone calls. Raises are insignificant.

You may not initially like the shift you get but if you work had you can go as far as you want with the hours that you want.

Cons

Burn out happens on occasion, but that's any job.
