Pros
The pay is incredible. The benefits couldn’t be better. Flexibility with your work life balance. Diversity is awesome. The 401k match is amazing. The holidays, gainshare, culture are just a few things that make it so great.
Cons
None. Work hard, show up to work every day and don’t expect it to be easy. Interviews are tough for good measure. Prepare. STAR format and you’ll get it down. This isn’t a fast food restaurant. It’s a tough interview process but if you prepare, you’ll do great.
