Pros

Strong support from leadership. Great office culture. Extensive training.

Cons

Workload gets progressively (no pun intended) heavier after initial training period and can be daunting/overwhelming. A good number of people were burning out from the workload piling up.

Pros

- Great culture - The tenure of employees reflects the quality of the work environment. It is very common for people to stay with Progressive for decades - As long as you put in the work, there are so many opportunities for advancement

Cons

- Progressive is investing a lot of resources into AI and vendors. While this is happening everywhere, it does show that you are replaceable.
