Pros
GAINSHARE BONUS. But there’s a lot of great things about this company such as an emphasis on DEI. Managers and supervisors are readily available and will make time for you if you ever need to talk about anything. Coworkers are awesome, tons of great individuals work at Progressive. The ability to move up and not feel stuck — but you will need to have an excellent work ethic, be a team player, get involved with groups, etc. to get there.
Cons
Drive time between assignments can sometimes be frustrating but you get paid to drive so can’t really complain too much about that.
