The people! The culture! Everything!

I loved working at Progressive with their culture and fair pay. I learned so much from great managers and the claims department was always very supported by knowledgeable people who were always willing to help. This is a company you really should try to stay with forever - they have an incredibly lucrative bonus/profit-sharing of up to 15+% of your salary. While I worked there, they paid 12+% so it's the real deal.
