Pros
-Solid base pay -Schedules mostly fair -Company cares somewhat, which is saying much more than rivals -12 strike rule for sick days - most companies have a 3-7 strike rule until your terminated for using sick time -Management was higher quality than other companies I worked for in the industry
Cons
-No bonus or commission for sales agents -Attendence policy starts from day 1 - I was told that any occurances went away after training. Put me 3-4/12 strikes
