Work independently for the most part, no office drama.
Cons
Low pay, raises are a joke, not even close to a cost of living raise. Benefits are average at best. This company only cares about being number 1 in the industry, and there bottom line. Employee retention is low with a high turnover rate. Most employees I talk with are not happy and only a few have been working here long term. It is metric driven and they say your hard work doesn't go unnoticed but they could care less about compensating you for the work you put in.
