      Pros

      Free thinking, creative company to work for. Good growth opportunities, especially in claims. Bonus are great and flexible time options

      Sometimes raises are skimpy and insurance is costly

      Pros

      Progressive has a great compnay culture. My supervisor, manager, and HR rep have all gone above and beyond to help me when I needed it. My supervisor is great. The pay is great- nice raises when you work hard. Lots of opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      It's a call center so there's a few things. The call que can get pretty backed up and angry customers are a given. Sometimes when trying to transfer to another department, they don't want to help. A little micromanaging on phone time but it is a call center so what can you do.
