      Pros

      Dynamic work environment. Lots of opportunity for growth, especially if based in Cleveland, Ohio (company headquarters). Commitment to education, through scholarship opportunities.

      Cons

      Moving between the four large business groups can be difficult, despite great performance. Business group leadership sets the tone for everything, and it wasn't always positive. Although I expect that to be normal at any company.
