      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance. Decent benefits. On-site fitness Facility and healthcare. Integrity and honesty is valued by everyone. Excellent training opportunities.

      Cons

      While Progressive is a large company, the rapid growth occured years ago, so very difficult to advance through the company - people stay with Progressive for a LONG time. It shows that it's a good company, but also makes it very difficult to advance.
