      Pros

      Progressive does do a lot to keep employees happy. Gainshare at the end of year is wonderful.

      Cons

      No consistency between managers.

      Trained me everything I know, they paid, awesome facility, nice cafe, gym, on site healthcare

      Cons

      Cal center environment - have to be available at all times to take calls, no breaks.
