decent pay a lot of benefits can earn pto during training to use immediately lots of support from superiors

not given a lot of freedom - have to constantly make calls all day long can't be promoted until a year after initial hire

They have flex options as far as time and work from hime

Cons

Leadership is not knowledgeable and will harrass you. HR WILL.ONLY SIDE WITH LEADERS. Pay is should be much much better starting at 16 which is same as fast food companies these days.
