      Pros

      Progressive offers great pay, and excellent benefits including medical/dental, vision, 401K match, profit sharing and generous paid time off.

      Cons

      Progressive is constantly making changes in structure, which means you may be moved to work with different managers and coworkers. Many employees also get "burned out" due to the job being very redundant.

      I am compensated well for the job that I do at Progressive. My efforts are often recognized. I plan to keep on working at Progressive.

      My job is not as challenging as it used to be but I still get to do projects and the like

      Pros

      They pay decently and the atmosphere is casual. Management is pretty friendly. Easy enough job once you get the hang of it. Nice campus.

      Cons

      You do the same thing over and over with very little variation. It is a call center and although it is not a bad one they can and do still monitor every second of your work day by tracking your phone status. Makes you feel a bit like your under a microscope.
