      Pros

      Flexible schedule Benefits for part-time employees Some tuition reimbursement Great people to work with Financially sound, secure jobs Open-door People genuinely trying to do their best

      Cons

      Senior leaders don't always understand the impact or reality of their decisions on operations Communication isn't always timely or thorough Progressive is trying to improve on cost to operate, but fails to see that this isn't in line with their business model.

      Pros

      Decent salary, freedom to inspect claims in public as opposed to being stuck in a cubicle 8-10 hours a day.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goal setting and expectations, tremendously overloaded and overburdened employees, poor customer service, disrespectful management team towards subordinates, horrible work and life balance.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were all very friendly. Great training. The company was interested in treating customers and employees with respect. A good product and a real attempt to do the right thing. Fairly easy to get time off, even on holidays.

      Cons

      Tied to a cubicle. The wages are low for the job you do. Minimal chance to move beyond your current role. Constant review of #'s when managers can give a better idea of employees.
