      Pros

      This is a very friendly place to work at. The managers are almost like your friends and are very comfortable to just talk to. Very nice facilities!

      Cons

      Management takes some time to get back to you. Decisions take a long time to happen and that is a downer.

      Pros

      Team atmosphere. Employees tend to be younger which brings a good mix into the office. Gain Share! which is annual profit sharing very generous!!! Good basic corporate training to get employee up and running.

      Cons

      Lack of continued training once initial corporate training completed. Lower level managers promoted without regard to leadership skills, this leads to attrition because of conflicts with management. Lower level management do not have complete comprehension of skills of their charges. Many times employees need to look elsewhere to find answers that their management cannot answer.

      Pros

      Very good team work throughout. Always moving, changing and challenging work. Enjoy the benefits package.

      Cons

      Pay for their employees is much less than competitors. Inability to move within different sectors of the business you literally feel stuck.
