Pros
Year end bonus have been decent. Donation Matching fund was great in the past but recently changed from matching 100% of donation to being up to $100 of a match. Room for growth within the company since they hire internally for promotions.
Cons
The year end review process is flawed and often doesn’t recognize talent within the work place. Employees who go above and beyond are rewarded with more work, but not necessarily more compensation. Often we are told it’s “for interview examples” doing extra work instead of monetary compensation.
