Pros

Solid core values are exercised and reinforced by everyone. With no pun intended, they're a progressive company that embraces diversity in every sense. Plenty of employee resource groups and great medical/dental benefits. Lots of trust and support from leaders, and most coworkers are really decent people. Plenty of opportunities for advancement. There's nothing fundamentally bad about this company itself or the way it treats its employees. Offices are beautiful, modern, secure, and clean - again, maintained by really decent people.

Cons

If you do not live near a Progressive hub office, you won't have access to the same level of advancement and opportunity because most roles that provide entry points to different roles are in-office. In order to enter the company with no adjusting/management/IT experience, you may have to start in a call-center setting and work your way up.

Pros

Decent pay. Room for advancement.

Cons

Heavy workload. Lack of consistent help from supervisor. Unrealistic expectations. High deductible on Health insurance plan. Long workdays and very little time for family.
