Tons of IT issues on their end but was being penalized by having to work 12-13 hr shifts and or on my days off. PTO was great but solely based off company needs as to when you could use it.

Heavy workload can be extremely stressful at times, which force you to work late, long hours none of which you get paid overtime for. I’ve maybe had 3 weeks that I was able to complete my work in under 40 hrs (during COVID shutdown), however I’ve had MANY weeks of working 45-50 hrs maybe more. The stress is starting affect my mental and physical health. Oh and now the COVID vaccine surcharge, really??
