Pros

Excellent work life balance Excellent PTO that increases over time Lots of career progression and opportunities to learn anything that interests you

Cons

Leadership still refuses to open remote work arrangements and are losing a lot of talent because of it. Archaic compensation practices put us at least 20-30% below market pay, even with the yearly bonus. Yearly raise average is below inflation. No stock options or RSU. They don’t have any regular compensation review process. They basically don’t care until people start leaving.

Pros

Pay is above average Coworkers are nice Corporate training was well structured

Cons

Workload is actually insane. You’re rushed through training and are thrown into claims. Supervisors aren’t trainers and expect you to know everything extremely fast. Questions are ignored. Getting claims every single day when you’re barely out of training. Often times you work through your lunch hour, and you’re expected to work some Saturday’s. On top of dealing with claims, you’re expected to answer 100 available calls outside of your own claim.

Pros

Great benefits, career growth opportunities, competitive end of year bonus, and have had good experience with co workers

Cons

Some supervisors can make things more difficult than others, that’s been the one thing I can honestly complain about
