Management seems lost in the sauce quite often, contradicting what is readily available what employees have access too. There have been a number of times where i was misinformed by my own management. Probably not intentionally. Management doesn't seem to be on the same page with upper management and seems overall rehearsed and disinterested. Having to try and convince people they need services they can't afford. Not being able to move on to a new role as soon as initially advertised.

The workload is unrealistic. If you have a family or outside responsibilities, this job will be challenging for you. In my experience, everyone that succeeds in this role is single or has a cat …
