Great Benefits Good Pay Friendly Environment Remote Flexible

such a negative environment due to aggressive back-to-back calls. micromanagement Unclear policies (Progressive is comparatively more expensive for no reason which makes it really hard to deescalate customer complaints of huge increase, which were common)
