      Pay and benefits are good, lots of opportunities for advancement and promotion and annual raises.

      Cons

      On the phone all day, it can be stressful dealing with angry customers and heavy workload at certain times of the year. This job is very fast-paced and its not for everyone if you can't manage your work efficiently.

      Good company, really good training, lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      Almost as soon as the 12 weeks of training are over the work becomes overwhelming, workload is impossible to stay on top of and there is no support. Had to deal with a lot of very angry people. I realized about 6 months in I could not make it to the required 1 year mark.

      Great PTO, good benefits, and good coworkers

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload with unrealistic standards, toxic positivity reigns supreme with management, and employees concerned are not heard. Their base pay is not competitive. Little to no career growth.
