Pros

Descent pay, trainers and managers make you feel welcome and excited. They give you a "buddy" when you start to introduce you to the workplace culture. Benefits start pretty quick, there is a lot of support from co-workers, team leads, supervisors, etc.

Cons

I was really sick with Covid, ended up with pneumonia and bleeding kidneys. My first covid test took 4 days to get results, but it was negative. I simply tested too soon, but I was extremely sick by the time I got those results. I tested again, but it took 8 days to get those results, which was positive. HR made me feel like I was going to be fired for taking so much time off. They treated me like a burden, I was having to check in every few days to tell them I still didn't feel well enough to work. While my manager and team leads were extremely sympathetic and understanding, HR was not. HR does not communicate within its own departments. I had to speak with 3 different HR departments to coordinate my time off. I also had to file my own short term disability claim, which I found odd. I have had 3 different leaves for pregnancies and never had to file my own claims. It usually isn't a hard task, but doing it while sick with Covid felt like an impossible task.

Pros

Progressive Leasing used to have a great company culture. The company has finally transitioned to allow remote and work from home opportunities.

Cons

Legal and compliance runs the company. It is very difficult to innovate or move quickly under the heavy hand of the legal and compliance organizations.
